Mark Pinchasik, CPA

Mark is a former long-term shareholder/founding member of the firm. He is no longer a member of the firm but does consult and perform services for the firm from time to time.

Primary practice areas are tax services and planning for closely held corporations and their shareholders; complex individual and partnership taxation including private equity partnerships and real estate partnerships, forensic accounting, business evaluation – Director of tax compliance and financial accounting services. Graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration for City College of New York – Baruch School. His professional and community affiliations are with the American Institute of CPAs, Florida Institute of CPAs, Howard-Palmetto Khoury League – Vice President, Alumni Association of City College of New York – Baruch School.
